The monthly Kwanzaa Park Neighbors are welcoming City Councilwoman Vanice Williams. She will discuss critical issues of the neighborhood during the meeting. The meeting will cover City plans, funding sources, and safety issues.

In addition, the Kwanzaa Park Neighbors will generate some summer garden programs for adults and children of the neighborhood. The Padua Potters Club will meet every Wednesday morning from 9:00-10:00 AM. Adults and children are welcome. Please sign up at Padua Center.

The community is welcome to attend and enjoy the conversation and tour the Ujima Park and Garden. Kwanzaa Park Neighbors regularly meet at Padua Center, which offers a ramp for easy access for those in need and ample parking off Junction Street.

The Kwanzaa Park Neighborhood borders Dorr, Hawley, Brown, and Campbell Streets, but all interested persons are welcome.
