The next Kwanzaa Park Neighbors Meeting is on Thursday September 5, at 6:00 PM. The Cherry Street Mission will be the featured presenter for this meeting. They will take this opportunity to explain about what is occurring to address poverty in Toledo. They will explain about the Life Revitalization Center and how, as a community, we can help eradicate Poverty. In addition, there will be a Blockwatch report and a discussion of neighborhood plans.

The community is welcome to attend and enjoy conversation and complimentary refreshments. Monthly meetings are at Padua Center located at 1416 Nebraska Avenue. There is ample parking in the parking lot off Junction Street. Unfortunately, the building is getting a new paint job, so the ramp is unavailable this month. It will be available again for the October Meeting.

The Kwanzaa Park Neighborhood borders Dorr, Hawley, Brown and Campbell Streets, but all interested persons are welcome.
