The monthly Kwanzaa Park Neighbors’ meeting will be at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Padua Center, 1416 Nebraska Avenue. The guest speaker for the meeting is Mark Riley who will speak about lead pipes and the lead replacement program. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a free car, courtesy of Taylor automotive.

Also, free produce from the garden and honey will be on sale.

Also at this meeting, Padua Center will draw up plans for other neighborhood activities base upon an interest survey. If you have an interest in what happens at Padua Center, please call (419) 241-6465.

Attendees will receive light refreshments. The community is welcome to attend and enjoy conversations and help plan future activities for the neighborhood. The Center holds regular meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM in the evening at Padua Center at 1416 Nebraska Avenue, which offers a ramp for easy access for those in need and ample parking off Junction Street.

The Kwanzaa Park Neighborhood is bordered by Dorr, Hawley, Brown, and Campbell Streets, but all interested persons are welcome.
