The Kwanzaa Park neighbors will welcome Dawn Gramling from Hospice of Northwest Ohio to their monthly meeting. She will be sharing her knowledge and expertise about advanced directives.

The meeting will begin with Officer Emily Felzer, our Community Services Officer from the Toledo Police sharing the neighborhood crime statistics. She brings the opportunity for individuals to ask questions and share their concerns about the neighborhood, to collaborate with the police and other agencies in a safe environment.

After concerns for the neighborhood have been discussed Dawn Gramling will give her presentation. Dawn has over 20 years of experience as a medical social worker working the last 9 years in hospice care. After working on the Home Care Team, she transitioned to the Social Work Hospice Educator position providing education to hospice staff and the community. Dawn’s passion and expertise are in the areas of gerontology, dementia, and complex medical care. Dawn is a lifetime resident of Toledo, has one son and 3 dogs.

Please join the meeting even if you are not from the Junction neighborhood. Everyone is welcome. Padua Center is handicap accessible from Nebraska Avenue.
