Bernadette Joy Graham
Kwanzaa Park Neighbors will welcome Bernadette Joy Graham, LPCC to the regular monthly Block Watch meeting, on March 6, 2025 at Padua Center. Padua Center will serve refreshments.
Bernadette Joy Graham, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will speak on Maintaining Good Mental Health. Bernadette Graham, a Gulf War Veteran, will bring her many skills and experiences into the conversation to assist everyone in maintaining good mental health. There will be ample time for participants to join in conversation and to learn processes and techniques for maintaining good mental health.
Officer Emly Felser, of the Toledo Police, will present the crime statistics for the neighborhood. At each meeting there is the opportunity for residents to raise issues and ask questions about crime in the neighborhood. Guidance is given to the residents concerning issues such as abandoned cars, poorly kept yards, etc. This is a very important part of each meeting.
The Block Watch meeting offers an opportunity for neighbors to share concerns of the neighborhood and to work with the Police and Fire Departments to enhance safety. If you have never come, please make this your first meeting!
The meeting is free and open to the public. Padua Center is accessible from Nebraska Avenue. Parking is also available in the parking lot, enter off Junction Avenue.
