The next Kwanzaa Park Neighbors’ meeting is on Thursday May 2, at 6:00 PM. The featured speaker is Adam from Make American Beautiful. He will speak about re-cycling and various ways to beautify our properties. In addition, our Community Police Officer will be present and will talk about safety in the neighborhood.

The group will discuss plans for summer activities such as the Ninth Annual Urban Chicken Fest. The community is welcome to attend and enjoy conversation and complimentary refreshments. Monthly meetings take place at Padua Center at 1416 Nebraska Avenue which has ample parking off Junction Street.

The Kwanzaa Park Neighborhood borders Dorr, Hawley, Brown and Campbell Streets, but all interested persons are welcome.
